These Terms and Conditions must be read, and by purchasing any service or product from this site you are confirming that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The following information is required (some of this is dependant on the service or product purchased, which will be specified below). If any of the information that is required for the service you have purchased is not supplied we will be unable to carry out said service until the information has been supplied to us.

• FTP Information - (Only required for installation/upgrade services)
• Your Website URL & Contact Email Address - This is in case we need to contact you for any reason, and to ensure your site is using a legal copy of the software provided.
• Payment must be through PayPal or 2Checkout.
• Your forum system must be one of the following:
  • Invision Power Board 2.1.x
  • Invision Power Board 2.2.x
  • Invision Power Board 2.3.x
  • vBulletin 3.0.x (Note the RPG was frozen at v2.4 for this version)
  • vBulletin 3.5.x
  • vBulletin 3.6.x

These following terms are part of the service and how they will be carried out, please read them carefully:

• Once a service has been completed successfully, no refunds will be given.
• The service will only be carried out once we have full confirmation of the payment (Some services are automatic, while others may require you to wait 1-3 days for us to get in contact with you)

Support will be provided via our company forum. Support is an additional service provided by us for free, and we are under no obligation to continue it. Your access to support can be terminated at any time for any reason.

Additionally, if any of our Support Agents are unable to access your forums or requested information is not provided, your support privileges may be terminated.

Upon using the software, you must abide by these rights at all times:

• You must only use the software on one (1) site. (Unless you have purchased multiple licences [1 License = 1 Installation])
• You may not redistribute any software provided in part or whole without express written permission.
• You may produce additions/addons/changes and release these fully documented within the specified area in the support forums, these are considered to be "3rd Party" unless otherwise specified.
• You may not modify/remove any copyright notices shown visible or invisible from the software, unless copyright removal has been purchased.
• You may not modify the software to function on multiple sites from a single source location, unless multiple licenses have been purchased.

Any 3rd party modifications or additions which in any way modify or otherwise interfere with the software may affect your support status, as we cannot offer support for any errors relating to these changes in any way.

These terms and conditions will become void if any conditions and/or limitations are broken. Termination will result in no refunds of any kind, and any software from us must be deleted from servers and computers that you have it located on within 7 days.
